The Sunday Morning Guesthouse is committed to providing excellent service and resolving any customer concerns promptly and fairly.

1. Informal Resolution

  • Should any issue arise, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly at stay@sundaymorningguesthouse.com or +351 913 155 894. Most issues can be resolved amicably through direct communication.

2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

  • If an informal resolution is not possible, consumers may resort to an official Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity in Portugal. The appropriate ADR body for disputes with guesthouses is:

  • ADR offers a neutral and cost-effective method for resolving consumer disputes outside of the traditional court system.

3. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

  • The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers and businesses within the EU. This platform can be accessed at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

4. Court Proceedings

  • As a last resort, consumers reserve the right to initiate court proceedings. For disputes arising from our services, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Aljezur, Portugal, will have jurisdiction.
